That doesn't mean that you have to stick with the defaults if you don't want to.... you can customize these pages to look however you like.

Merchant Integration Module
Required for full integration of Subscribe module above with Miva Merchant.
Contains installation instructions and two modules:
Subscribe Popup
Configure a popup to appear at the end of Miva Merchant checkout. The popup knows all about the customer, so it will take only one click for them to fully subscribe.
Configurable options are: popup size, colors, text and graphic.
OpenUI Subscribe Checkbox
For OpenUI stores only. This module adds a Checkbox to the Customer Information screen with a configurable prompt, eg: "Yes, please include me in your Email Newsletter".
Both modules also contain a reporting system to pull previous customers from the customer and orders databases. You can cut and paste these into Subscribe to subscribe, or invite these customers to join your list.
