How to set up your POP3 Email in Outlook
Once you set up your Email account in your hosting control panel, you need to set it up in Outlook, to be able to send and receive emails through your domain account.
You can also view and send/receive email via your Webmail account at http://email.your-domain-name.com
How to add a new E-Mail Account in Outlook:
Open Outlook – click on Tools – Email Accounts

Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click next

Select 'POP3' and click next

Fill in the information as shown below – replacing ‘domain-name’ with your domain and email address with the email address you set up and User Name with the username you created and then click on ‘More Settings”
Incoming Pop3: mail.your-domain-name.com
Outgoing SMTP: smtpout.secureserver.net

Select the Outgoing Server Tab and check the box ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' and then select the Advanced tab

Select the ‘Advanced tab’ and change the Outgoing server setting to 3535 and then click OK – then ‘Next’ on the following screen and the ‘Finish’
If this doesn't work, check with your ISP and use their settings for the 'Outgoing mail server (SMTP)' - some ISP's don't let you send through your own domain e-mail account.

You are done – you should now be able to send and receive from this email account with Outlook!
